Cancellation Policy

Reservations & Availability Open Play is available for $10 per hour, with caregiver admission included at no additional charge. Advance reservations are encouraged but are not required during our scheduled Open Play hours. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Please note: Our scheduled Open Play hours may vary from week to week. We encourage families to check our online calendar regularly for updated availability. Interested in visiting outside our scheduled hours? Feel free to call, text, or email us! We're happy to accommodate additional playtime whenever our space and schedule allow. Visits outside published Open Play hours require advance confirmation. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change, especially with little ones! Reservations may be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled session, subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 1 hour in advance may be transferred to another available Open Play session. Missed sessions and late cancellations are nonrefundable. If Gifted & Talented must cancel a scheduled session, families will be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule. Parent/Caregiver Supervision Open Play is a caregiver-accompanied experience. A parent or responsible caregiver must remain onsite and actively supervise their child throughout the visit. Open Play is not a drop-off program. Questions or Additional Availability?
